San Francisco, California
The quintessential San Francisco Victorian was in a dire condition after having been abandoned for fifteen months during the pandemic. The project required determining and carrying out necessary renovations of the house, landscaping, and staging to best showcase the house for sale.
The original Italianate Victorian details such as intricate moldings, wide plank floors and vintage chandeliers and a subsequently added library were preserved. Meanwhile, contemporary lighting was added to increase drama, interiors were brightened with new paint and flooring, new furniture layout made the space more functional, and the exterior living spaces were completely overhauled. The house was transformed into a timeless Victorian home ready for a new family.
